These Terms & Conditions govern all services offered by Cloud Line Cargo & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. By using our services, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.


1. Service Scope

Cloud Line provides Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, Door-to-Door Delivery, Packing, Customs Clearance, Freight Consolidation, Personal Cargo, Project Cargo, Warehouse Services, and Kerala Special Cargo. Service availability depends on destination rules and carrier schedules.


2. Shipment Acceptance
  • All shipments must comply with local and international regulations.

  • Prohibited or restricted items are not accepted.

  • Cloud Line may inspect, reject, or repack shipments for safety and compliance.


3. Documentation

Customers must provide accurate documents such as ID proof, packing list, invoices, customs declarations, and country-specific documents.
Delays due to missing or incorrect paperwork are not the company’s responsibility.


4. Charges & Weight Calculation
  • Charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

  • Additional fees may apply for duties, storage, re-delivery, remote areas, or special handling.

  • Rates may change based on airline/sea freight updates.


5. Delivery Timeline

All transit times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to customs, airline schedules, weather, or security checks.
Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


6. Tracking

Tracking updates depend on the availability of airline/carrier systems and customs processes.


7. Packing & Handling
  • Cloud Line is not responsible for damage caused by self-packed items.

  • Fragile or valuable items must be declared in advance.

  • Professional packing is recommended for safety.


8. Customs Clearance
  • All duties, taxes, penalties, or inspection fees must be paid by the consignee.

  • Customs may open, inspect, or hold shipments without notice.

  • Cloud Line cannot interfere with customs decisions.


9. Loss, Damage & Insurance
  • Liability is limited to declared value as per international transport rules.

  • High-value items must be insured by the customer.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

  • No compensation is provided for customs delays.


10. Prohibited Items

Examples include:
Illegal goods, hazardous materials, flammable items, currency, jewelry, precious metals, banned food items, and any goods restricted by destination country laws.


11. Door-to-Door Delivery

Re-delivery charges apply if the consignee is unavailable.
Some locations may have additional fees.


12. Freight Consolidation

Consolidated shipments may take additional processing time.
Charges apply per package/volume as applicable.


13. Warehouse & Storage

Storage charges apply for shipments held beyond the free period.
Cloud Line is not liable for natural disasters or unforeseen events unless insured.


14. Kerala Special Cargo

Only approved items are accepted.
Food items must meet destination rules.
Rejected items may be returned or destroyed by customs at the customer’s cost.


15. Payment Terms

All shipments must be paid in full before dispatch unless credit terms are approved.


16. Limitation of Liability

Cloud Line is not responsible for:

  • Customs or carrier-related delays

  • Damage due to poor packing by customer

  • Undeclared valuables

  • Loss of business, profit, or emotional distress


17. Policy Updates

Cloud Line may modify these terms at any time.
The most recent version applies to all services.
